Design
As part of a class campaign project, I created a full press kit for WomenShelter of Long Beach, a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence. The kit included a team intro, organizational background, fact sheet, press release, media pitch, social media content, and a media alert. The materials were designed to increase awareness, strengthen media outreach, and support the shelter’s mission through clear, consistent messaging.
Developed and launched a training program to guide sales associates through STIIIZY’s Steps of Service. Designed to enhance the customer experience, the program focused on building product knowledge, refining communication skills, and creating consistent service across all retail locations. For this project, I designed the curriculum, presentations, interactive modules, and visual job aids.
